Vegan Chicken Pot Pie
Vegan Chicken Pot Pie Recipe
- 1 potato chopped
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 2 cups vegan Chicken gravy
- 3 - 4 slices Slice O' Life Vegan Chick'n (chopped)
- 1 - 2 cups frozen peas
- rice (cooked)
- Place potato, onion and carrots in a pot just covered with water.
- Simmer untill potatos are soft and water is almost gone. (This can be tricky so keep an eye on it.)
- Add chicken, peas and gravy.
- Simmer untill gravy is thick.
