Quiche and Tart Pans
Tarts and Quiches differ from pies, as they are not served in their pans or dishes. To find the perfect tart pan it is important that the tart is easy to get out and that the crust is able to cook evenly within.
I recommend the tart pans with removable bases, that allow you to pull the edge down and still keep the tart strong will you transfer it to a serving plate.
